The client wanted to develop a customer survey that combined a simple brochure and an enclosed survey form to be mailed to Aramark Uniform Service customers to gauge overall customer satisfaction with their field reps servicing the account. This customer survey has a unique design that lends itself to being opened, which is critical to any piece of marketing communication—especially one that is mailed, such as this particular one.
